With priority generating for creators that are live.
Recommend global csgo capture and allow upload during gameplay for even faster posting.

I like this idea, it would bring more attention to allstar for those on the live chats that doesn't know allstar.gg plus it would bring in more viewers to the clips plus it just being in overall more fun to the live chats
