Adding manual "desktop capture" and/or capture via hooks for OpenGL, DirectX & Vulkan to the app that can be triggered by the hotkey or a new hotkey greatly increases the potential use case for the service and allows use on unsupported titles.

An alternative way to achieve the desired outcome is to implement support for a 3rd party solution with an available API e.g. NVIDIA SDK or Microsoft's WindowsGraphicsCapture API's.

Upload of these clips to Allstar may need to be disabled/forbidden to avoid new legal concerns and internal resource increase due to unknown/untrusted source of the capture.
