I believe this was possible before.
Let us get the original clip without any jumpcuts or other effects.
Some clips look better with more context and that is sometimes lost with the automatic jumpcuts between kills.

As a user, I only want to use allstar for the automatic clip detection and sharing clips with my friends. I don't like how clips are edited and I don't want an edit. I simply want a clip without any effects.
